The filter tabs
The tabs above the list are your workflow: Missing alt, Oversized, File size too large, Missing WebP, Failed and more — each with a count. Start with "Missing alt" and work through it. Under Settings → General you choose which filter the list opens with.
Search
Search by file name, alt text, title or attachment ID. The format filter (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF) combines with every tab.
Edit directly in the list
Alt text and title (plus caption/description via Screen Options) are edited right in the fields — save with Enter or by leaving the field. Green border = saved.
Bulk actions
Select images and pick an action: scale (with optional width), compress (with optional quality), create WebP, restore originals, export to CSV or change status. Scaling and compression ask for values when you click Apply — prefilled with your defaults. Progress is shown live per image.
Row actions
Hover a row for quick buttons: Scale, Compress, Create WebP, Undo last action, Restore original and Open in Media Library.
