Scan Failures
Scan stuck at 0%
- Check PHP memory limit (need 256MB+)
- Check max_execution_time (need 60s+)
- Try a smaller batch size in Settings
Scan completes but no issues found
- Verify the site is loading correctly
- Check for maintenance mode
- Look for redirect loops
Timeout errors
- Increase PHP max_execution_time
- Adjust batch size and timeout per the recommendations in Settings
- Contact hosting for server limits
Common Issues
"Permission denied" errors
- Check file permissions (755 for folders, 644 for files)
- Verify wp-content is writable
- Contact hosting if using hardened security
Auto-fix not working
- Verify Premium license is active
- Check that backups folder is writable
- Look for plugin conflicts
Missing issues
- Some checks only run on specific page types
- Site-wide checks run once per scan
- Check which checkers are enabled in Settings
Performance Tips
Speed up scans
- Exclude unnecessary URLs in Settings
- Run scans during low-traffic hours
