Consent first
The first time you use an AI feature, the plugin shows exactly what will be sent (the image + chosen context) and asks for your approval. Until then, no data leaves your site.
Credits
1 call = 1 image = 1 credit, whether you generate just alt text or all fields at once. Free: 10/month. Personal: 500. Pro: 3,000 pooled across 5 sites. Agency: 10,000 pooled across 25 sites. Quotas reset on the first of each month and unused credits do not roll over.
When the quota runs out
AI buttons pause until the next month — everything manual keeps working. Server-side optimization never counts against the AI quota.
Language
Alt texts are generated in your site language by default. You can choose another language globally in the settings.
